Metaswitch Networks recruit exceptionally bright and energetic graduates and postgraduates from any degree discipline. Graduates do not need prior computing experience. However, an enquiring mind and the proven ability to solve complex problems are essential. The right candidate will have an outstanding academic record: all A grades at A level (or equivalent) and a good degree.
