One of the programmes which many of their graduates attend is the ExxonMobil Graduate Development Programme, run in conjunction with the internationally renowned London Business School (LBS).
This is a two year, modular course covering business awareness, interpersonal skills and people management, leading to alumni status with the LBS upon completion of the programme. Obtaining Chartership status is also encouraged where appropriate, e.g. IChemE and CIMA.
