WPP Marketing Fellowships, which develop high-calibre management talent with experience across a range of marketing disciplines, will be awarded to applicants who are intellectually curious and motivated by the prospect of delivering high-quality communications services to their clients. All applicants should have completed an undergraduate degree (class 2:1 or above) or equivalent. Those selected will work in a number of WPP companies and across different marketing disciplines.

WPP is offering several three-year Fellowships — a unique multi-disciplinary experience, competitive remuneration and excellent long term career prospects within WPP. It wants people who are committed to marketing, who take a rigorous and creative approach to problem-solving, who are intellectually curious and will function well in a flexible, loosely structured work environment.

Each year of the Fellowship is spent working in a WPP sponsoring company and a personal mentor is assigned to provide overall career guidance. Each rotation is chosen on the basis of the individual's interests and the Group's needs.
